How long does an order take to arrive by shipping?
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same.
Processing time is the time it takes for our team to prepare your order.
Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it out.
Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout.
However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.
The turnaround time for all wig construction (BYOB) services are 5-9 days.
How long does it take to receive an order?

7-14 business days on all preordered units. If you select the ready to wear option units will be made ready within 10-14 business days.
Ready to Ship Units ship within 3 days.

Where is the salon suite location?
We are located in Orleans, Ottawa
Exact location for order pickup is included in order confirmation email.
What is wig customisation?
Wig customization is the service of making a wig ready to wear.
This included pre-bleaching the knots, pre-plucking the hairline and styling the wig in a middle part, unless special request is made.
Do I have to add the wig customisation to my cart if I’m also booking an install appointment?
Wig customisation is included in the install booking.
