Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same. Processing time is the time it takes for our team to prepare your order. While shipping time is the time it takes your order to be delivered to you once shipped out. 

PROCESSING TIME 

Please allow 7-14 business days on all preordered units. For coloured units and bundles , they will be will be made ready within 7-20 business days.

(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays). 

Please keep in mind, ​you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

SHIPPING SPEED

Shipping speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing time to fluctuate based on the season.
