Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days on all preordered units. If you select the ready to wear option units will be made ready within 10-14 business days.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes for our team to prepare your order.

(Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). 

Please keep in mind, ​you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once shipped out. Shipping time or speed varies based on shipping selected at checkout. However, keep in mind that processing tend to fluctuate based on the season.

Ready to Wear Shipping Speed

Next day orders are shipped via Canada Post with one business day shipping speed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking to fully update.
