Therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If you would like changes made to your unit you can book a service
appointment for further costs.
Exchange Policy
You are able to exchange your unit if unworn, must be brought back to store location for inspection.
Unit exchanged for store credit or new unit of same or lesser value.

RARE is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs.

Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to include proper measurements.
